What should I do if I received a damaged item? Can I return/refund my order(s)?

Refund Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Our support team will be in touched with you within 3 working days.

Refund is only applicable if item is out of stock.

For which reasons can I return/refund an item?

You may return/refund your items for the following reasons:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Goods delivered do not fit the product description
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing parts

How to return/refund my order(s)?

It is important that all returned/refund items must meet the requirements above. Returned/Refund items that do not meet these criteria will not be entertained.

For Return & Refund, please email us at eurostyle.usallc@gmail.com or contact our live chat agent with an image of the faulty item together with the following within 7 days upon receipt of order:

  • Image of item with the packaging and your packing list showing your order and/or tracking number
  • Name of the item
  • Order Number

Our support team will be in touched with you within 3 working days.

Can I cancel my order(s) after payment?

Please note that we do not entertain any cancellations once the order is paid and confirmed.

What if my order(s) is out of stock?

Our support team will notify you via phone call or email should your order(s) is out of stock. A refund will then be issued to the account of your initial payment option within 14 working days.
