We have a 30-day guarantee period, during which, if you are unhappy with the quality of your sheets, you can return them to us for a refund or an exchange. Kindly note that the sheets can only be returned or refunded if they are in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Sheets that are stained and/or soiled cannot be returned.
We do accept exchanges for size. Please note that the time taken would depend on the stock that we have in store and that this would affect the shipping time needed to send the new sheets back to you. Kindly note that EURO. does not cover the shipping cost to sending the sheets back to us and for sending the new duvet to you.
However, if the price of the newly exchanged sheets are of a higher price, you would have to pay for the difference in price before we ship it out to you.
